Yes, the price on your order is all inclusive. There are no additional fees.
We deliver before noon and pick up before dark. However, we will work with you to accomodate your delivery needs.
Yes, once unplugged they deflate.
Parks provide an excellent location for inflatables, but some parks require a permit which is your responsibility. If you want to set up at a park, you must make sure they have electrical service. If not, a generator is needed. Metro STL Bounce has generators available for an additional fee.
Cash or check at the time of delivery.
Please contact Metro STL Bounce at 618-802-6803 to cancel. There are no fees unless cancelled the day of the event. Cancellations due to inclement weather will incur no charge.
Inflatable will be delivered to address specified by lessee. Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit.
I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an inflatable brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. These risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing or colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.
I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Metro STL Bounce from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the inflatable including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Metro STL Bounce in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.
In the event that I file a cause of action against Metro STL Bounce, I agree to do so solely in the state of Illinois, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of another state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the inflatable I am renting. I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.
Lessee agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said equipment is in the possession of the lessee. Accompanying this contract is a set of directions for use and safety rules that I agree to comply with at all times during the operation and use of the inflatable. I agree to comply with all safety rules and directions posted at http://www.metrostlbounce.com.
I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I understand its content and that I will execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms.
1. All safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable must be followed.
2. A trained operator(s) must be on duty at all times.
3. In case of high winds or storms, all persons must exit the inflatable and the unit must be unplugged.
4. Sharp or pointed objects are not allowed in the inflatable, be sure to check pockets and clothing for items which may cause damage.
5. No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit, lessee is responsible for any damages up to and including replacement of inflatable.
6. Absolutely no food, drinks or gum allowed.
7. No shoes, eyeglasses or jewelry allowed in the inflatable. Metro STL Bounce is not responsible for replacement of such items.
8. No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling.
9. Do not bounce near the front entrance way. Entrance must be kept clear to allow for safe entry and exit.
10. No climbing on top, side walls, or nets of any inflatable. Lessee is responsible for damages and injuries resulting from improper use.
11. No jumping off of the top of the slide.
12. Only allow similar sized persons in the inflatable at the same time.
13. Follow the maximum number of persons as posted on the inflatable.
14. Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable.
15. Do not move the inflatable once secured by Metro STL Bounce, if the inflatable must be moved for any reason contact Metro STL Bounce.
16. Individuals with head, neck, back injuries, disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
17. Water hoses must not be used in the inflatable unless the inflatable is specifically manufactured for use with water. Metro STL Bounce must connect water to any inflatable. No small Pools or Sprinklers to be used next to Inflatable. $100 fee will be added for cleaning.
18. Do not leave water slides unattended at any time.
19. If the inflatable begins to deflate, all persons must exit immediately and Metro STL Bounce should be contacted.
